XLSlides is an AI-powered presentation creation platform that enables users to generate, edit, and export professional presentations. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update any changes. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

We sell "Digital Software Subscriptions" that are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay or Polar. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

Important: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees once payment is processed. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by XLSlides and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create using our Service remains yours. You grant us a license to host and display your content solely to provide the Service.

• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory

7. Termination

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XLSlides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
